The stats update service is temporarily disabled; player stats and history will be out-of-date. This is either due to maintenance or problems with EA's servers.
Clan support is not planned for Command & Conquer 3. Contact the webmaster if this is something you'd like added. See the Red Alert 3 Clans section to see an example of this system.
